 Evaluate each client profiles and financial background

 Draft renting contracts with policies and procedures stating the responsibilities of the tenant,

 Entrance and exit inspections of the property will be completed with both incoming or outgoing tenants and the Landlord/trustees will receive copies of all relevant documentations,

 Make sure that rent is paid on time,

 We keep full record of accounts and records,

 Provide each tenant their monthly statements,

 We will assist in annual budgeting and reporting to trustees of the building,

 We attend and minute AGMs, SGMs and Trustee/Director meetings,

 Maintain and manage any building requests

 We assist in obtaining and renewing insurance over the common property,

 Find an occupant for any vacant units as soon as the tenant has served its contract termination by Increasing the tenants satisfaction with the accommodation, Decrease the number of tenants moving out, providing you a great return on your investment and popularity

 Provide with professional in-house help desk services (Pest Control, Cleaning Services, Gardening, Welding Designs & works, Electrical services) which will notify you the client/trustees before actions can be made, by providing you with a report on which issues need to be attended, quotation to repair or maintain.
